with caution. prince william returned to king edward vi to be at the bedside of his hospital who is less than 12 weeks pregnant and treated for morning sickness. while her condition is guarded it's created worldwide excitement. fueling speculation the couple might be having twins. royal watcher neil shawn joins us live from london with more on this. this type of morning sickness is very serious, only occurs in 2% of pregnant women but it does spark speculation she could be carrying twins. why? >> oh, thomas, i think that's a big speculation. that started this morning, actually, very early on in our news services over here. there's no word of that, of course, from royal palace or royal insiders or anything like that. the more worrying aspect is the fact that it's acute morning sickness as you mentioned is not necessarily too rare, but when you look at somebody of kate's shall we say frame, stature as it were, she's a very, very slim girl and not the biggest of eaters, so consequently, that's the main concern certainly for prince william and the royal family to build this girl up a little bit,

a short distance from here in the week where when she was working here at the edward vii hospital in central london in the staff quarters there. that's where her body was found. yeah, you're right. a lot of anger expressed on the social media about this. also a lot of sadness and sympathy being expressed with those associated with the death, first and foremost the duke and duchess of cambridge. they have issued a statement expressing their statement saying how wonderfully well in their words they were treated by the hospital staff during the time that katherine, the duchess of cambridge, was treated here for her very severe morning sickness. the hospital has come out as well, the management of the hospital saying that they are very regretful and sad about what happened and paying tribute to a nurse that was with them for the last four years and who they say treated hundreds of patients very well indeed. also, you mentioned the ceo of the company that owns that radio station in sydney that made the prank call. he's come out and issued his regret as well but also sort of indicating

care. king edward viirupt where the nurse worked has released a statement saying it was extremely foolish of your presenters to even consider trying to lie their way through to one of our patients, let alone actually make the call. they went on to call the actions of the australian radio station appalling. let's get more reaction from senior international correspondent matthew chance. >> a lot of sadness and a lot of anger being directed against the radio station in sydney, australia. and the two deejays who carried out this prank call to this hospital here in central london. and a lot of their social media places like facebook have had to be taken down because of the messages of abuse from around the world that have been posted on them. also, the ceo of the company that owns the radio station has issued a public statement as well expressing his regret and saturdayness and indicating he does not think that legally there were any laws broken by the two deejays. they have been suspended, though, and the show has been taken off the air until further notice. take a listen to what that
